    Yatta! Osaifu-keitai!!

    FINALLY, right?

I’m probably late to the party since I haven’t been on much, but the US decides on pursuing mobile payment. So, this is for those who have been living under a rock…like me. lol Not such a great read since it’s a tech article from yahoo, but…eeh. Search on your own, please. :P

This will probably be slow to catch on (convincing stores to equip this form of tech that has been so commonly used in Japan. not such a great idea for those-people and businesses-struggling in today’s economy, but another golden opportunity for phone companies to up-the-ante once again), but…I’m looking forward to not having to carry around my wallet or worrying about losing it on a day out. :)

But Android OS users like me probably gotta wait a bit longer as it only mentions it being implemented on select Blackberries and iPhones/iTouch.

I like how they zoomed in on the Phillies’ fans expressions. Put those towels to real use and wipe your tears with it! >;]

Good grounds, good runs. ‘gratz, Uribe, you set the tiebreaker! Nice close to the final inning, Wilson.

It’s gonna be tough stopping those sluggers on the Rangers team. So, Giants…Pitch hard and win it hard. It’s gonna be a really good match-up. I’ve been waiting since the Bonds era for this moment!

On a last note, suddenly everyone starts wearing Giants jerseys on campus and suddenly everyone starts posting “Giants, BABY!!” on FB…for the first time. Hmm…I wonder why? smh. -sorry, i can’t help but be peeved-

Since the Playstation Move comes out this Sunday, here’s a screenshot of Move-compatible games from Sony’s conference at the recent TGS 2010.
imo: Actually, I just talked about the Move for the sake of adding a photo here. What I really want to talk about from TGS is Gran Turismo 5 and Final Fantasy.
Gran Turismo 5 (I’m buying the Logitech G25 racing wheel just for this game. ^^)): has dynamic visual effects (already knew that, I guess.) and this community interface in-game and on the web. What’s really eye-catching is the unveiled fact that you can do your racing on your PC’s browser! WOW! Won’t that be kickass? I hope. Read up on it from my source link!
Final Fantasy: XIV Online has a new (+7min, I think?) trailer. Shouldn’t be hard to find. Lightning (ff13) and Kain (ff4) are playable characters in the upcoming Dissidia Duodecim to release 2011 in Japan. On January 11 2011, Square Enix will host a conference on FFXIII Versus and Agito.
If you want more TGS2010 highlights, just go to «tgs.gamespot.com» Easy. ;]

    JP's New Sony Walkmans

Damn. I have forgotten all about Sony’s walkmans! They were boss (lol!) when I was little and all about CDs. Now, it’s all about iPods, Zune, and whatnot. Haven’t paid attention to Sony’s line until now, so I’m pretty ignorant.

imo: the E series looks…egh. :\ The S and A series are much better in the looks department. I don’t know what it was saying in the promo video (since I’m in class, so I can’t turn the volume up. Ssh!), but it makes me wonder what features it’s got under that belt that sets it apart (aside from having the best audio quality you could want in an mp3 player). There should be more news to come, but the thing is, for now, it’s exclusive to JAPAN…The colors are pretty btw. :]

Apple has redesigned their iPod shuffle, nano, and touch. They say they’ll be rolling them out sometime next week and you can pre-order now.
Here’s just a little information about them. Look them up if you want more info.
Shuffle 4thGen: Buttons are back. Larger size than the 3rdGen. 15hr battery life. $50 bucks
Nano 6thGen: Big design change here (just look at the picture). Much smaller form (1.54in diaganol). Multi-touch capabilities. NO more video playback, camera, voice recorder, etc. Lower resolution. Same prices. $149 for 8GB. $179 for 16GB.
Touch 4thGen: Much thinner. A4 processor (same as iPhone 4). 3-axis gyroscope. iOS 4.1. Camera (including rear and front-facing for Facetime). Something about GameCenter (app for better social gaming experience). Improved retina display. Video recording at 720p. Photo-taking resolution worst out of all iPods. 8GB for $229. 32GB for $299. 64GB for $399.
imo: So, lots of things got the axe (especially on the new nano), but we see a return of other features (such as buttons on the shuffle). I don’t keep track of what-is-what when it comes to iPods (I still use the first model nano that was handed down to me. Just as long as it plays my music, I won’t be replacing it. ;]), but the revamped design for the nano is what caught my attention. It looks just like a shuffle, but with a touch screen and less features. I heard that there are even problems with the touch screen-not sure exactly what or if that’s true. Hmm, I think Apple is going in the wrong direction with this….but who knows? People will buy what they want to buy, regardless of whether or not they know exactly what they are paying for. All you need is the money, am I right?

My first post. The latest KB commercial about the Playstation Move.

imo: I’m not rabid about the Move, but I liked it since it’s been awhile since I’ve seen a new commercial by the VP of Soiling Oneself in Excitement. ha-ha-ha-haaa! :P I think it would have been better shorter, but it was still nice nonetheless.
